When thinking about the kind of food we wanted to serve in the Taproom, we thought to ourselves, "What kind of lunch would we want while brewing outside in our garden on a sunny day?" The answer: bread, salty meat, fish and pickles. The food at Roses' is meant to be a compliment to the beer and is best enjoyed mixed and matched and eaten with your hands. We are so grateful to the amazing chefs at Pizzaiolo and Duende who are collaborating with us to stock the Taproom with plenty of fresh daily bread and charcuterie. The following menu is just an example of what you might find to snack on at the Taproom. Selections will change according to the seasons and what our collaborators are working on.
